  • What is UKCA safety testing?
    Felt keyrings (and some other items) have 'play value' and therefore need safety testing (UKCA testing). My range of tested items is slowly expanding. The description for each item will tell you if it has been UKCA tested, any questions feel free to get in touch.
  • What if my item hasn't arrived?
    Deliveries are not considered lost in the post until 10 working days after dispatch, if after this time your item still hasn't arrived please do get in touch and I'll be happy to help.
  • What if there's a problem with my order?
    If for any reason you are not happy with your order please get in touch at the earliest opportunity and I'll be happy to help resolve any issues.
  • Postage & Packaging
    All my items are sent 2nd class with Royal Mail as standard, this is £1.95 or FREE when you spend over £30 Within the UK). Postage upgrades are available at checkout.
  • Returns & Exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and cancellations If for any reason you are not happy with your order contact me within 14 days of delivery. For a full refund dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery - Once I have received the items back in the condition they left I can arrange a refund. Request a cancellation: before item has dispatched. Once dispatched I can only refund once I have received the item back in the same condition it left in. ​ Personalised items Refunds can not be given on personalised items. This does not affect your rights and a replacement or refund will be given in the case of an item arriving with you damaged. ​ I don't accept exchanges But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. ​ The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalised orders Perishable products (food) Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) - Eg: Earrings. ​ Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • What is the turn around time?
    Currently I am getting all orders posted out within a week and often sooner. You should receive a dispatch email once your items have been posted. If you need your order for a certain date please do get in touch and I'll try my best to help.
  • What colour choices do you have?
    I keep 31 different colours of felt in stock at all times. All the felt I use is a 30% wool blend of felt. If a item allows for you to choose the colour then all the colour choices are named so they easy to identify. If you have any questions about colours, please do get in touch.
  • Privacy Policy
    How your information is used and stored. To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly. Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows: Service providers - I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services. Data Retention I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.   • Food Hygiene
